Sales Analyst Assistant

1.Support MDA tracking, profit model development and approval process.
Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes MDA worksheet. Submits paperwork and acts as Liaison between sales and legal. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures and submits. Assist Sales with completion of POY/PON forms as needed.
2.Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes Rebate worksheet. Inputs data into CASIS/LCRW. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures. Prints rebate agreements and assists Sales Management with obtaining customer signatures. Researches rebate questions and ensures tracking of results are in line with expectations.
3.Responsible for standardized reporting by running Merlin reports, ecom, order source tracking and any other one-off or standard reports requested by Sales Management or the customer.
4.Attends area sales events. Tracks sporting event ticket tracking and monitoring.
5. Performs other administrative duties as assigned by Sales Management.

Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. College coursework or degree desirable.
RelatedExperience: Minimum three years' experience in administrative/clerical supportrequired. Previous experience working for andcoordinating schedules for a team of individuals is required. Previous meeting planning and travelcoordination experience required. Experience in food service distributiondesirable.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of administrative and clericalprocedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records,designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Should befamiliar with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Mustbe willing to travel within the area for meetings and events.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
